Sheepish Designs "Down the River"....

Sheepish Designs "Down the River"
Stitched on 28 ct. "wake & bake" fabric with recommended fibers

Finished this one last night and love it. I have had this one in my stash for some time and just decided to stitch it. So glad I did as the colors are so much better in person! I have several Sheepish Designs designs in my stash and have never really stitched any. This was a great stitch so I think I will have to take another look at the others...it's amazing what I have forgotten I have!

Time for LOST....last season and hubby and I have been anxiously waiting the start. Anyone else watching? It has been a little over my head the past couple of seasons so I hope I can understand what happens in the end! :)
Thanks for visiting and happy stitches.....

  6. Very cute finish! I watched a bit of Lost tonight and I have to admit that I'm lost! I haven't followed it anyway. Another show that has to be closely followed is Damages. It's not weird like Lost but has a lot of twists and turns.

  8. I love Sheepish too!! Its amazing that many of us have been rambling through out older charts and pulling them out....See, all that stash buying IS paying off!! You did this one up quick and I love the fabric....did you distress it yourself? I need some helpful hints of what works best...Have a good one! Faye

  10. Wonderful finish! I used to be a Lostie but stopped watching when I missed almost an entire season due to fixing up and moving into a new home. I will probably rent the DVD's at some point.

  11. Congrats on the finish - it looks great!
Not a "Lostie" - but my DH and DD caught it when it was running daily (on SciFi? - maybe) last year and got hooked. Watching no more than a handful of the episodes (when I happened to be home and not busy with something else) left me completely lost!

  13. Lovely finish Karen :) I love Lost it is one of my fav. shows but damn it can really be a show that you need to put your thinking cap on to watch. I am addicted to it though and it has never ever failed to entertain me. Thought the first episode was wonderful! Now let's just hope that it ends on a high and doesn't let us all down!

  16. This is really great Karen! I have only one design from Sheephish Designs that my sister gave to me. I really don't know why I have it, I don't like it! LOL! I have seen the newer ones though and really like a lot of them.

  18. Lovely stitching! Watching for your stash reveal... Yes, Lost is great. I watched the 'finale' again before the new season started, and it helped snap my brain back in gear for the new season.
