BBD "Moon Garden"
30 ct. R&R 18th Century Rook
w/Sampler Threads
I finished this up last night so that's one more Challenge piece I can mark off the list!
The pastel colors really complement the darker fabric...wish my photography skills could capture it. Cameo pink gives just a hint of color and I love it with the yellowish green of Willow. So glad to use some threads that I have been hoarding for years!

Now...on to another Challenge piece. I am having a hard time getting into Frederick so I think I am going to switch to "The Bird Tree" since it is a little less daunting and another one of my favorites.
Thanks for visiting and have a great stitchy week!

ReplyDeleteBeautiful finish, Karen! I love it. The entire time I stitched mine, I wanted to sing, "I'm being followed by a moon flower, moon flower moon flower...". I think it's James Taylor who sang, "Moon Shadow". Or Cat Stevens. Anyhoo, just had to tell you that. ;)
