First finish of 2009....

Happy Dance!!!!! This is a UFO from I believe early 1998. It was a SAL started with the Pals Cross Stitch group and for some reason I just never finished it. I only had the backstitching left to do so that is probably the main culprit. I picked this up earlier in the week and finally made the decision to finish it in the new year! Fortunately, I had a pink mat and frame so was able to finish it ready to hang. I take this as a sign that this will be a great stitching year and it is already off to a great start. Thanks for looking.

  7. Beth...

The frame is a 12 * 12 frame from Walmart I had bought a couple of years ago. My local LNS went of business last year and I bought a ton of their mats. The problem now is I have to find stitching to match the rest!!!!
